Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • The item is returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons (such as beauty products, supplements, or personal care items).

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Supplements and health products

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Refund Process

Once your return is approved and received, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
